Existence

digital photographs on paper mounted on PVC,
dimensions variable, Khalil Sakakini Cultural Centre, Ramallah
Darkness and light, hot and cold, movement and stillness: contradictions
which sometimes overlap smoothly and sometimes violently, and always to
form the body of a woman. There are no defined features or outlines to
the body. It is born from darkness and ends in light, and vice versa.
Between birth and death speaks the story of the body – the story of
existence.
